In these images, I was trying to convey a mood of loneliness and isolation through use of lighting. The movie also has a song (Hollywood Nocturne by the Brian Setzer Orchestra) that the camera is animated to to further these feelings. This project was done in Maya. The movie on the left below is a fairly large file, 11.2 mb. The file on the right is a lot smaller at 3.2 mb, yet sooo much crappier. Unfortunately, Boomspeeds bandwidth is NOT great, so these take forever to download. I think on average it will take 20 - 30 minutes for the larger version, and about 10 - 15 minutes for the really compressed version.
